TCGM Property Management and Construction is a veteran-owned, family-run business proudly serving Muskoka, Barrie, and surrounding regions. Founded by Tyler Bonnett, a Canadian Forces construction veteran with a lifelong connection to Muskoka, the company was built on a foundation of precision, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship. Having spent his life cottaging in the region, Tyler understands the unique needs of seasonal homeowners, investors, and full-time residents alike.

Together with his wife Casandra, who plays an integral role in the daily operations and client relations, TCGM delivers a full-service experience that combines skilled construction with attentive, hands-on property care. As a father of two and an active youth hockey coach, Tyler is deeply involved in his community and approaches every project with the same care and responsibility he brings to his own home.
